The Brush Is Serving Up One of Shoreditch’s Tastiest New Brunches

If weekends are made for brunch, then The Brush has just given Londoners another reason to head to Shoreditch. Nestled inside art’otel London Hoxton, the stylish restaurant has been making its mark since the hotel opened in 2024, and now it’s adding a fresh new brunch menu that’s all about big flavours and laid-back weekend vibes.

Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, the new menu gives classic brunch dishes a creative twist. Think fluffy pancakes piled high with peri peri chicken, scallions, Piparra peppers and rice noodles, or sweet potato pancakes topped with rich oxtail, pickled red onion and a perfectly poached egg.

Those with a sweet tooth won’t miss out either. The brioche French toast arrives loaded with red berries, creamy mascarpone, vanilla butter and a generous drizzle of maple syrup – the kind of brunch that’s almost too good to share.

To complete the weekend ritual, guests can upgrade to a £35 bottomless brunch featuring cocktail pitchers filled with Aperol Spritz, Strawberry Margaritas or Pimm’s, alongside Coalition Beer served by the jug.

There’s also an outdoor terrace if the sun decides to make an appearance, making it a great spot to soak up the buzz of Shoreditch over a long lunch. Whether it’s catching up with friends or easing into the weekend, The Brush has all the ingredients for a seriously good brunch.
